Creating your custom piece typically takes around 3–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Pricing will vary based on the design, and we advise a possible 10% variance in the final cost depending on the weight and intricacy of your custom piece.

We provide clear size guidelines with each product to help you find your perfect fit, including for rings, necklaces, earrings, and bangles. Please refer to the size guide available on each product page for detailed information.

• Storing Your Jewellery:
  To keep your Nakhre pieces in pristine condition, store them in the provided plastic ziplock bag or pouch with a plastic cover. Avoid using velvet bags, wooden boxes, or cloth storage options.
• What should I avoid?
  To preserve the beauty of your jewellery, avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, sanitizers, soaps, water, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Anything acidic or harsh can also cause damage.
• Is my jewellery delicate?
  Yes, all our jewellery is crafted with care and is delicate. Please handle with gentleness, as rough handling may cause breakage. If an item is damaged, we can repair it at a reasonable charge.
• Do I need to re-polish my jewellery?
  Over time, plating and polishing may fade. If your jewellery needs a touch-up, you can get it re-polished either through a local jeweller or by contacting us. We’ll be happy to help you restore its shine at a small fee.
  Please note: We only re-polish jewellery purchased from us.

What if my silver jewellery turns black?Silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air. If your jewellery darkens, simply use a silver cleaning cloth to restore its shine and original finish.

• Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents to prevent tarnishing.
• Proper Storage: Store your jewellery in the plastic zip-lock bags or anti-tarnish pouches we provide, and ensure it’s kept in a dry, cool place, away from humidity.
• Gentle Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth for regular cleaning. For deeper cleans, use a silver polish cloth or mild silver cleaner—avoid abrasives.
• Remove During Activities: Always take off your jewellery before swimming, exercising, or cleaning to avoid damage and preserve its beauty.
